January 2020 - Gillie and Eric featured on the Netflix docuseries Pandemic alongside Jake Glanville and Sarah Ives from DistributedBio! The team at DistributedBio have developed a new influenza vaccine that has amazing breadth of protection, making it the main feature of the documentary. We are collaborating to use our sustained release hydrogel technology to improve the potency and durability of the vaccine responses.

The image below is a mash-up of a heart that was treated with our gels (left) or not (right) after dissection. The gel-treated heart was completely free of adhesions, whereas the untreated heart had severe scarring.
